Excellent book!!! This was the only book I have truly seen that is targeted directly to the entry position in timeshare sales. The section with over 150 objections and how to overcome them is worth the price alone. If you have a shaky presentation or you would just like to find a better way to close a solid deal then THIS BOOK IS FOR YOU!!! It is worth every penny! The only regret I have is that I didn't find it sooner!

I started doing timeshare in January of 16... And had one week of training. I have been in sales for 16+ years, but trust me, timeshare is a total different animal. This book has helped me enormously. In my opinion, if companies really wanted you to be successful, they'd teach this book, for a mere minimum of three weeks, but they don't. You get one week and then it's game time. Not for the faint at heart, that's for sure.I would recommend this book to ANYONE, NOT JUST THE BEGINNERS. It helps you to brush up on things.This will be the best 20$ or less to help you make Thou$and$!!

I like the "choreography" parts the best. How the vacation salesmen take the same walk, stop at the same landmarks, and use the same timing.If you get nothing else out of this book, read those parts 3 times.I once bought a vacation package, and it's amazing to see why I bought, displayed in this book.

There are many shorter books available on the subject. They are all good with slogans, quick tips etc. But this book is the whole enchilada. Ms. Bruegger has a way of presenting her material grounded in reality with real life examples. I have been able to apply these principals with courage and a sense of understanding that I didn't have before. It has filled in all the gaps that we're missing from my original training, where we just had to memorize scripts. I go to work each day with a sharper set of tools at my disposal. Re-reading this book is my new hobby. I highly recommend this book for novice and pro alike who want to hone their skills and seriously impact their VPG.

Brings back to mind most of what I was taught as a beginner in the Time Share Industry. Also gave me some ideas that had never been brought to my attention before.

Best book in the business. Thank you Rita, you helped to make me #1 for the English line, for 3 years straight. I have recommended this book to all my colleages, and they have improved their closing by 10%. All the other books out there are a waste of money, because they don't pertain to timeshare. Please, write one for T.O.'s , now, because I will need that soon, and the T.O.'s need it now!!
